Welcome to Lu-Pain Village. We serve the communities of Albany, Berkeley, and West Contra Costa County including Crockett, North Richmond, El Cerrito, El Sobrante, Hercules, Kensington, Pinole, Richmond, Rodeo and San Pablo. With a history of service that dates back to 1952 with Oo Yum Buli Lodge, we continue to provide leadership and service to the Packs, Troops, District and Council.
